At snrt. we are all about efficiency and pragmatism. A small business’ website can take a lot of resources to built populate and maintain with limited return on investment. For our first website we went the approach that everyone take, a hosting service, a domain and wordpress. But good god WordPress becomes a pain in the neck if not well maintained - and guess what we did not maintain that website.
So for the second instalment we went for a pragmatic approach. We needed a CMS (content management system) that allowed our interns to update information fairly quickly with limited understanding of a website’s technical aspects whilst looking professional.
